We are HIGHLY ENCOURAGING masks to be worn to protect our Church family especially our most vulnerable members

We ask that you please wear a mask during the following times..

  • Entering & Exiting the Church
  • Using the Restroom
  • While Socializing
  • During Worship
  • Anytime you are Moving Throughout the Building
  • During Children’s Check-In & Drop Off/Pick-Up

Please seat from the FRONT to the BACK of the sanctuary

Leave TWO SEATS in between each group that is not from the same household

If you would feel more comfortable with additional room, or need special seating accommodations, please reach out to us beforehand so we can accommodate this for you.

Check-In will now be to the right of the foyer when you walk in (where the drink station used to be)

Drop off your child to their appropriate classroom using the back hallway – please do not bring them through the sanctuary

Children’s Church will now start as soon as they arrive – while we will miss the kids during worship, this will allow us to have more people in the sanctuary and allow us to social distance during drop off.

We will offer Children’s Church during BOTH services

For the time being, 4th & 5th graders will NOT be having class and will join their families for the service

Space will be limited for Children’s Church so that we can ensure social distancing protocols – please be sure to RSVP your family and child before Sunday!

If you have any concerns about brining your child back to Children’s Church please reach out to Anna

We are no longer able to serve coffee, breakfast or College Lunch for the time being – we also ask that you do not bring food into the building at this time.

The building will be cleaned after each service.  Because of this, we ask that you move all socializing after the service outside so our crew can get to work before the next service starts.

The Bethany Staff & Elders are excited to welcome you back into our building.  We know that things will look different for the time being, and we ask that you bear with us as we learn how to reopen in the safest way possible. Remember, this situation is only temporary and we will get through this together.

If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
